SheScores Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SheScores ("the Service") at shescoressports.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. SheScores is a product of Wingspan Sports.

2. Description of Service

SheScores provides live scores, schedules, and information for professional women's sports leagues. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features you may create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating your account
• Maintaining the security of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at hi@shescoressports.app

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service without written permission
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The SheScores name, logo, and all original content created by Wingspan Sports are protected by copyright and trademark law. Sports scores and schedules are factual data and not subject to copyright. Team names, logos, and league branding are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

6. Third Party Data

SheScores displays sports data sourced from third party providers including but not limited to ESPN. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any sports league, team, or broadcaster whose data appears on the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and data will be accurate or up to date. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wingspan Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Sponsored Content

From time to time the Service may include sponsored content or promotional partnerships. All sponsored content will be clearly labeled. Sponsors do not have access to your personal data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
