SheScores Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SheScores ("the Service"), including our website, mobile applications, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SheScores provides scores, schedules, standings, statistics, player and team information, and other content and features related to women's sports leagues, tours, tournaments, and competitions.

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content, league, competition, or portion of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating your account
• Maintaining the security of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

SheScores also displays factual sports information and third-party content, including team, league and competition names, logos, player information, images, and other materials. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on SheScores does not imply affiliation with or endorsement of SheScores.

6. Third-Party Sports Data and Content

SheScores displays sports information obtained from multiple third-party and public sources. This information may include scores, schedules, standings, statistics, rosters, player information, game status, venue information, broadcast information, and other sports-related content.

We work to provide timely and useful information, but we do not guarantee that any information on SheScores is accurate, complete, current, or available at all times. Scores and other "live" information may be delayed, schedules may change, statistics may be corrected, and information may occasionally be incomplete or unavailable.

SheScores is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with any league, team, tour, competition, governing body, athlete, broadcaster, or other rights holder unless expressly stated otherwise.

SheScores may contain links to third-party websites, applications, broadcasts, or other services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or operation of third-party services.

From time to time, the Service may include sponsored content or promotional partnerships. Sponsored content will be identified as such. Sponsors do not receive access to your personal information solely because sponsored content appears on SheScores.
